The history of Monte Turia

The history of Monte Turia begins before its establishment as a company in 1985 and later, in 1990 as a corporation, with two village kilns located in the Valencian towns of Calles and Titaguas, where the founding partners of the company possessed Tahonas paths in which, apart from pan, produced sweets very demanded: the Coquitos and the Butters (respectively) and that were commercialized at provincial level of the hand of a distributor in the city of Valencia.

How it started….

One day it came time to join forces and create the company. It bought machinery and began to produce more quantity and variety.

New products, new customers, more markets,… The evolution since then always in positive: growing and improving.

Patisserie Industrial Monte Turia, S.A. is a company located in Titaguas (interior of the province of Valencia) dedicated to the manufacture and commercialization of products of artisanal industrial pastry.

It is a small, family-run company that employs an annual average of 50 people, mostly women in the municipality and neighboring towns such as Tuéjar, Chelva and Calles

To continue growing and improving, is betting on quality as a strategic line of business development, so that since 2009 have been obtaining certifications that recognize the work, reaching the European seal IFS Food, Guaranteeing the food safety of the brand.

Currently, Mote Turia is immersed in an internationalization project. Within the export work of Monte Turia and with the objective of implantation in the Netherlands market with the help of the EU and its financial support, tools related to digital marketing have been developed.
